The Tele Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Follow up with clients on pending quotations, proposals, and documentation.
Assist in developing call scripts and sales pitches in collaboration with the team
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services.
Respond to inbound queries regarding pricing, product details, and availability.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions or escalate when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,/ MBA Marketing
1 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales coordination
Fluency in
