Job Description

Collaborate with the Sales team for the execution of business strategy. He Support the Sales & Finance function to smooth daily / weekly/monthly financial transactions with our business stakeholders. Act as an MIS tracking the daily sales & collection updating and communicating to the necessary stake holders.

Monitoring and controlling the Credit Limit, and credit period days for the stakeholders.

1. Credit control, monitoring and approving the credit limits of the dealers for the day to day billing activities

2. Preparing daily sales report and communicating with the stake holders

3. Coordinate with the sales team for the documentation formalities of new dealer appointments

4. Follow-up on TOD slabs, monthly sales slab and coordinate with the respective Zonal Head & Sales team for proper execution

5. Preparation and communication of dealer-wise TOD slabs with the sales team.

6. Preparation of Annual Sales Budget and allocation in accordance with the top management decision and cascading the details of the annual sales budget to the sales team

7. Tracking the daily sales progress and communicating the daily updation to the business stake holders

8. Coordinate with our channel finance partners to enhance the cash flow of stakeholders.

9. Ensure zero errors and communicate the same with the finance team for the credit note, cash discounts adjustments

10. Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ sales reports for the review with the sales team.
