We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate all sales activities including lead management from online and digital marketing, calling sales, reference sales, offline team coordination, and follow-ups to ensure effective sales closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate leads from online and digital marketing campaigns
Handle calling sales and follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers
Manage and track reference sales and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate with the offline sales team for lead handover and field support
Maintain and update lead and sales data in CRM or relevant tools
Perform regular follow-ups with leads and customers to drive sales conversion
Liaise between marketing, sales teams, and customers to ensure seamless communication
* Assist in preparing sales reports and updating management on lead status
