Role Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

for our Foundry Division to handle

sales coordination, customer interactions, and order management

. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of foundry processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to monitor sales targets and prepare periodic reports.

Key Responsibilities



Interact with customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships. Update and track Purchase Orders (PO) in the system. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales performance and order status. Monitor and report progress on sales targets to management. Liaise with production, dispatch, and other internal teams for timely delivery. Maintain proper documentation and records for sales and customer communication.

Qualifications & Skills:



Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Marketing / Mechanical / Foundry-related preferred). Basic knowledge of foundry products and processes.

Experience



0-3 years in sales coordination, marketing, or customer service (foundry or manufacturing industry is required)
