Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide product information (PVC pipes, fittings, profiles, sheets, compounds, etc.). Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals for clients. Process sales orders and ensure timely coordination with production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Track sales orders to ensure deliveries are made on time. Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and documentation. Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary support. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/production to avoid stockouts. Prepare regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review. Support in after-sales service coordination and customer complaint handling.
