What are we looking for? 
 We are looking for a person with a knack to learn and contribute to the ads business of Paytm. Two key roles and responsibilities are listed below: 
 Account management role: 
 Incumbent should be really good with numbers/data as the role requires extensive number/data crunching to prepare customized post campaign analysis reports for our key clients 
 Should be MS office proficient as a lot of our reports are created and shared in the form of an excel and ppt 
 Should be confident in presenting reports to the clients 
 Campaign execution support: 
 Responsible for completing all the operational/executional formalities required to take the campaigns live and tracking the campaign performance everyday against the defined KPIs 
 Acting as a liaison between the sales and campaign optimization/legal/finance/marketing/collection team for seamless execution of the campaigns 
Detailed Description: 
 Manage accounts from categories like Auto, Health, Media, Telecom or FMCG 
 Work on all ad campaigns in the above pod - Display, Video on 3rd Party, Scratch Cards, Innovations etc. 
 Manage ad campaigns end to end of 30+ accounts per month in the above pod, this includes - 
 Support Sales with the help of relevant data points, coordination with internal stakeholders for a successful pitch 
 Coordination with clients & agencies for supporting required to start a campaign on Paytm 
 Schedule a campaign 
 Daily monitoring of the campaign & reporting to the client - Regular update to client & internal teams 
 Address & resolve client complaints/executional issues with the campaign 
 Ensure timely delivery of campaign, also ensure timely escalations if required 
 Prepare post campaign analysis with sharp data points 
 Coordination with Internal & External Finance team for Invoicing 
 Communicate and collaborate with the marketing, campaign optimization, growth to ensure that key clients' needs are met 
 Use charts & diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts to prepare a case/analysis our key clients 
 Gather information from multiple teams and share the analysis/daily reports on each campaign 
Skills Required: 
 Good in mathematics/numbers 
 Good in internal coordination 
 Strong analytical and data interpretation skills 
 Must - Microsoft skills, especially excel and ppt 
 Critical thinker, problem solver and high sense of ownership 
 Good time management skill
