Key Responsibilities:

? Customer Relationship Management:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing

and potential customers.

? Act as the primary point of contact for customer

inquiries and support.

? Follow up with Customer's for reorders

? Backend Support for providing quotes to customers &

follow up for orders

? On field Sales executive & Mangers to ensure Smooth

Sales executive

? Internal Communication:

? Coordinate effectively with factory staff to facilitate

order processing and inventory management.

? Schedule and attend internal meetings to

discuss sales strategies and performance.

? Reporting:

? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and

familiar with CRM software.

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills with

attention to detail.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

? Experience in Polymer Industry / Manufacturing.
