Sales Coordinator/Manager (Female) - Construction Equipment & Spare Parts

We are looking for an

experienced Female Sales Coordinator

to handle

calling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversion

for

Passenger Hoists, Tower Cranes, Scaffolding Materials, Accessories, and Spare Parts

. The role is

office-based

and focused on converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound & outbound sales calls

(B2B) and convert enquiries into sales Follow up with

contractors, builders, and existing customers

Prepare and send

quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations

Coordinate with

technical, store, dispatch, and accounts teams

Manage enquiries from

IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, WhatsApp, email

Maintain

sales records, follow-up sheets, and daily reports

Assist in

payment follow-ups

and customer coordination

Required Skills & Eligibility

Female candidates only

Age between 25 to 35 years

2-5 years experience

in Sales Coordination / Tele-sales / Inside Sales Experience in

construction equipment, scaffolding, machinery, or spare parts

preferred Strong

Hindi & English communication skills

Knowledge of

MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business

Basic understanding of

online marketing & lead portals

Location Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidate must be

from Navi Mumbai only

Residence should be

within 13 km of CBD Belapur office

This is a

full-time office-based job

(no remote work)
