Coordinate with the sales team for leads, quotations, purchase orders, and client follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Maintain records of sales inquiries, orders, and pipeline updates in CRM/software.
Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by providing backend support.
Personal Assistant (PA) to MD:
Manage MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel & accommodations.
Draft, review, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage official documents.
Assist the MD in preparing for board meetings, conferences, and business reviews.
Administrative & Support:
Organize and maintain office files, contracts, and agreements.
Track pending tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support in vendor coordination, negotiations, and procurement (if required).
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management on behalf of MD.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales coordination / executive assistant / PA role.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
