Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator
Location: CBD Belapur
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, pricing, and service details.
Maintain a systematic database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Client Communication
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from customers.
Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and service updates.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, sales trackers, and weekly performance summaries.
Ensure accurate documentation for client requirements and internal processes.
Support operations and documentation teams for timely delivery of services.
Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise with operations, documentation, and accounts teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.
Resolve queries and escalate issues where required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
