The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client follow-ups until closure, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining and updating the CRM system, and managing weekly sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and lead client follow-ups through to deal closure
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely updates and actions
Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with accurate data
Organize and manage weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
Track sales targets, generate reports, and support sales operations
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Female (Married) preferred
