Responsibilities
? Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important
documents and communicating relevant information
? Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and
sales presentations.
o Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
o Respond to customer inquiries, providing product
information, and addressing their needs.
? Order Processing:
o Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all
sales transactions.
o Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely
delivery of products or services.
? Communication and Coordination:
o Serve as a point of contact between the sales team,
customers, and other internal departments.
o Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments,
and follow-ups.
o Distribute sales reports and updates to the team as needed.
? Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
o Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, leads,
and sales opportunities.
o Assist in maintaining customer profiles and history.
? Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
? Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support
when requested
? Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and
present reports
? Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
? Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
