Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and the sales team for inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain customer records, booking details, and delivery schedules.
Handle telephonic and walk-in customer queries politely and professionally.
Prepare sales reports, daily follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation.
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with finance and registration departments for vehicle delivery processes.
Ensure timely updates of leads, bookings, and pending deliveries.
Support in showroom promotional activities and events .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 1-3 years in Sales Coordination / Customer Handling (Automobile preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
