Compensation for Experience Person: Up to 35k CTC

Compensation for Fresher Candidate: Up to 20k CTC


Qualification: Graduate from any stream/ Commerce graduate. Candidates having working experiences in sales support/ commercial function from Engineering/Machinery Industry will be preferred.

Experience: 2-3 Years or more / Fresher MBA (Finance/Marketing) candidate can also apply

Skills & Competencies:

Should be fluent in Spoken & Written English.

Excellent Communication skills

Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power-Point


Receiving enquiries from customer through emails, proposing suitable solution and competitive prices along with availability/ lead-time, discounts and other terms and conditions.

Follow up with customer for purchase order or to enquire current status of the enquiry. In case of delay understand the reason and try to find a solution.

Upon receiving purchase order from customer, get the items ordered and ensure to send order acknowledgement to customer and updating the customer accordingly.

Follow up with customer for project information, prepare vendor form and send to client.

Preparation of Pro-Forma Invoice as per terms of PO.

Coordinate with sales Team, logistic team and customer to make sure that all shipments are dispatched on time.

Preparation of Draft ABG/PBG and take approval from client.

In case of any delay in readiness of goods or foresee any delay in shipment due to some issues, immediately update reporting manager.

Follow up with customer for outstanding payment.

If any complaints received from customers, discuss with reporting manager and try to solve it and provide solution to the customers.

Preparation of various MIS.
