The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This role acts as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative support
Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and prospects
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Track sales orders, deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales activities
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with supply chain teams
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
Maintain CRM systems and update client information regularly
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year .
CTC: 10,000 - 13,000PER MONTH
