The B2B Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring accurate data and smooth execution of the sales process. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, deal velocity, and a seamless customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day sales activities across sales, marketing, finance, legal, and customer success
Support opportunity management from lead handoff to deal closure
Manage sales documentation including proposals, contracts, and order forms
Track deal progress and follow up on internal action items
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Monitor pipeline activity, deal stages, and sales forecasts
Generate sales reports and performance dashboards
Sales Enablement
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
Ensure sales teams have access to current pricing, product, and process information
Support onboarding and coordination of training for new sales team members
Forecasting & Reporting
Support sales forecasting and pipeline review meetings
Coordinate with finance on revenue recognition and invoicing readiness
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Cross-Functional Communication
Serve as a liaison between sales and internal stakeholders
Coordinate internal meetings, approvals, and customer-facing timelines
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to onboarding or account management team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
