Handle incoming inquiries (e.g., Indiamart) and arrange meetings for the sales team
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, inventory, accounts) for smooth order processing
Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and CRM/Excel records
Support customer communication and ensure timely service updates
Help manage inventory status, vendor coordination, and dispatch follow-up
Maintain organized records and assist with basic admin duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales/admin role
Graduate degree (any stream)
Good communication and listening skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Familiarity with CRM tools and Indiamart is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments
Technical background is a plus
