The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. This role helps drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction by handling documentation, order processing, and follow-up activities

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues promptly.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations for the sales team.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
