To support the sales team in daily operations, customer communication, order management, and coordination tasks, while effectively handling Bengali-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers (especially Bengali-speaking clients) to understand their requirements and provide support.
Communicate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Can prepare quotations, proposals.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills in
Bengali and Hindi/English
(written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office, Google sheets and Emails.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work in a team.
