Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Sales Team to coordinate day-to-day operations.
Share Quotation/Proposals with Clients
Follow up with customers for order approval
Maintain Sales Records, Customer Data and Enquiry Trackers
Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and Installation Teams for Order Execution as required.
Track order status from Back End Team and ensure timely updates to Clients and Sales Team.
Handle incoming calls, emails, whatsapp and other client communications professionally.
Assist in making Sales Reports
Support Sales Team during Exhibitions, Site Visits and client meetings when required.
Required Skills:
Graduate
1-2 Years of Sales Coordination or Support Role
Good communication Skills in ENGLISH, HINDI and BENGALI.
Strong Follow Up and Coordination Skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Basic CRM Systems.
Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
Experience in construction industry is a plus.
