Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team, production, dispatch, and accounts departments
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
Maintain sales records, customer data, and MIS reports in Excel
Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Assist in preparing monthly/weekly sales reports
Support sales team with documentation and coordination work
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
2-5 years experience
as Sales Coordinator / Sales Support (chemical or manufacturing industry preferred)
Good knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in
chemical manufacturing / industrial products sales coordination
Knowledge of order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer handling
