Role Overview:



This is a strictly office-based B2B coordination role involving professional email communication, quotation preparation, and CRM follow-ups. Field sales, tele-calling, or commission-based sales profiles are not suitable

We are seeking a high-calibre Sales & Client Support Associate to strengthen our export sales pipeline, manage inquiry workflows, and ensure superior client servicing. The role demands structured communication, disciplined follow-ups, and close coordination with leadership to drive order closures and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily inbound inquiries from B2B platforms, email, website leads, and phone calls. Qualify leads and capture customer requirements with accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate with the Managing Director/Export Manager on pricing, feasibility, and decisions. Draft and issue quotations in a timely, organized, and client-friendly manner. Track and follow up on quotations to convert leads and maintain customer engagement. Maintain structured records of inquiries, customer profiles, and quotation histories. Communicate confidently with both domestic and international customers via email, phone, and CRM.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum 1 years of experience in sales support, client coordination, B2B sales, or export inquiry handling. Graduate/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English a (spoken and written)

for client-facing interactions. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic CRM tools. Familiarity with B2B platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, ExportersIndia, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize leads, and manage follow-ups with discipline and professionalism.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience and capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
