Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team
Prepare MIS, sales reports, and data analysis using
advanced MS Excel
(Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Manage sales data, documentation, and reporting accuracy
Draft and handle
sales agreements and contracts
Coordinate with internal teams - Accounts, Operations, and Logistics
Assist in order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups
Support sales planning, tracking, and performance reporting
Team Handling:
Coordinate and supervise sales support staff
Ensure timely reporting and process compliance
Accounts Knowledge:
Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as
ledger entries, debit notes, credit notes, and invoice reconciliation
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in
MS Excel
Good drafting and documentation skills
Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
