The Sales Coordinator acts as a key point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
: Respond to client inquiries, provide information about products/services, and address any issues in a timely manner.
Data Management
: Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and CRM systems with accurate information.
Communication
: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Experience
: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
