Coordinate daily sales operations between internal teams, production, dispatch and clients.
Manage order processing, follow-up on order status, delivery timelines and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, quotation drafts and maintain accurate customer records.
Handle customer queries, provide timely updates, and ensure smooth communication flow.
Support the sales team with scheduling, documentation and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and invoicing.
Assist in inventory checks, stock updates and material requirement coordination.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office sales, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, emails and basic documentation.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
