-Prepare Target Vs Achievement reports - RSM/ASM/ME/Party wise
-Track Daily Payments received - Party Wise
-Track overdue statement - RSM/ASM/ME/Party wise
-Prepare Daily order received/punched data - RSM/ASM/ME/Party wise
-Follow up with RSM/ASM on orders/payments etc
-Follow up on pending new customer creation
-Attend sales team/distributor calls on priority & resolve backend issue
-Keep track of sales schemes & maintain data for same
-Track all marketing support/posm allocated to assigned territory
-Follow up with Finance team for any unresolved issue - CN/Payment/GR etc
-Follow up with WH team for pending dispatches/Priority dispatches etc
-Prepare & Maintain all relevant data to store digitally for easy access
-Identify operation gaps and close on daily basis
-Generate reports of performance of individual team members and update management
-Update weekly review formats to discuss during the meeting

Desirable Qualification and Experience
:
Degree in business administration with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience. Computer literate with good skills in using MS office tools like excel, word and PPT.
Any graduate
with minimum
2-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination
