About the Company :
A reputed home decor and lifestyle products company dealing in premium-quality decorative mosquito nets and related solutions. The company works with retail clients, distributors, architects, and interior designers across Kolkata and nearby regions.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team, dealers, distributors, and clients for order management and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales-related documentation.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Manage incoming leads, track sales pipeline, and follow up for closures.
Maintain coordination between production, installation, and logistics teams.
Ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of orders.
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking.
Support the sales team in day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or customer handling.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and basic MIS.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Experience in home decor, furnishing, interior products, or building materials industry preferred (not mandatory).
Ability to manage clients and internal teams efficiently.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role in Kolkata.
