Job Summary:



The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative activities. The role ensures smooth communication between internal departments, clients, and sales personnel to help achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Support & Coordination



Coordinate and follow up with the sales team on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities. Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Track orders, deliveries, and payment status with clients and internal departments. Support field sales teams by ensuring timely communication and information flow.

2. Reporting & Analysis



Prepare regular sales reports, performance summaries, and MIS data for management review. Monitor sales targets, achievements, and outstanding accounts. Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

3. Customer Relationship Management



Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the onboarding of new clients. Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

4. Internal Coordination



Liaise with the marketing, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations. Schedule sales meetings, conferences, and review sessions. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Adv Excel, PowerPoint, Word) . Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
