The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team and channel partners by
managing communication with teams to processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication
between sales representatives, channel partners and clients. This role involves coordinating sales
activities, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of
the divisions are mentioned.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team for growing the business.
Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed.
Data and documents sharing with sales team.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics to ensure smooth sales operations.
Schedule and organize meetings, sales presentations, and events.
Communicate with clients and sales team to provide updates and gather information.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals.
Handle general office tasks, such as filing, copying, and organizing documents.
