The Sales Support & Customer Relationship Executive will act as a key link between the sales, operations, and client teams. This role involves managing end-to-end order processing, payment follow-ups, and client communication--ensuring a seamless experience from pre-sales to post-sales stages. Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Manage the complete order flow -- from receiving and confirming orders to coordinating with the dispatch and operations team for timely delivery.
Payment Collection:
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection and maintain proper payment and billing records.
Hotel Property Coordination:
Call and connect with hotel properties to pitch new sales opportunities and promote product offerings.
Conduct post-sales service calls to ensure client satisfaction, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships.
Grievance Handling:
Address and resolve issues or complaints raised by hotel properties or customers promptly and professionally, ensuring quick resolution through coordination with relevant departments.
Customer Query Management:
Handle all incoming inquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, phone calls, and emails.
Respond to product queries, service requests, or complaints, or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or hospitality communication roles.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong multitasking, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
