We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will handle sales coordination tasks, assist in client communication, manage documentation, and ensure smooth operations between clients and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage client accounts and follow up on leads.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and order documentation.
Assist in processing sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with clients for order status, queries, and support requirements.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence related to sales operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
