Position:- sales coordinator

Location:- Kolkata (Hindustan Park, South Kolkata)

Experience- 2Years

Salary range:- 20k-30k

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in generating leads, following up on prospects, and closing deals for products.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Create engaging content, such as product brochures, datasheets, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts.

Identify and develop new customers & maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

Conduct market research and analysis & stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

Customer visits will be required to customer locations for meeting and providing support and services as needed

Drive sales growth through effective marketing campaigns and sales support.

Increase brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Experience in marketing and sales,

Ability to understand technical aspects of products and communicate effectively with technical teams

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
