Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator (Telesales)
who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and result-driven. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective and existing customers over calls, understand their requirements, and offer suitable product solutions. This role suits individuals who are target-oriented, passionate about sales, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Understand customer needs, provide appropriate product information, and handle objections confidently.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimize results and resolve client issues effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in telesales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
