Job Title : Sales Coordinator

Coordinate with clients, internal sales teams, and production departments regarding order status, pricing, and delivery timelines

Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations Maintain sales-related documentation and records in Excel/ERP/CRM systems Handle inquiries and follow-up calls with existing customers and distributors Track dispatch schedules and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery Support sales executives in achieving targets and customer satisfaction Manage and update customer databases, pending orders, and sales reports Assist in resolving any customer complaints or delivery issues Follow up for payment collection and coordinate with the accounts department
Years of Experience : Minimum 5 Years of experience

Education Required Any graduation, B. Com ( preferred ), ( chemical, building material, manufacturing background preferred)

Excel Proficiency Advance Excel
