will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, managing client communication, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and the internal sales team for order processing and follow-up.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales reports.
Track sales inquiries, follow up on pending quotations, and support timely order closures.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
Communicate effectively with the logistics and accounts team for dispatch and payment follow-up.
Handle customer calls and emails professionally, ensuring prompt and polite responses.
Maintain proper documentation of orders, agreements, and correspondence.
Support the Sales & Marketing department in administrative and coordination tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or back-office sales support.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
; experience in
Tally or ERP systems
preferred.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
with attention to detail.
