A Sales Coordinator supports a company's sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales-related activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They serve as a vital link between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM systems).
Organize and schedule sales meetings or appointments.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints.
Liaise between sales representatives and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
Track sales targets and report on team performance.
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics.
Analyze sales trends and provide input for sales strategies.
