Requirements:

1. Experience: 5-7 years as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG.

2. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of at least 5 members.

3. Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

4. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am-7pm) and Saturday (9am-5pm).

5. Location: Everest House.

6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

7. Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

8. Field Work: Willingness to travel and work on-field.

Sales Performance: Previous experience handling sales worth ?50 crores in FMCG sector.
