Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Assist sales team in qualifying leads, preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
Coordinate meetings, client calls, product demos, and presentations.
Manage CRM entries, sales pipeline updates, and reporting.
Support RFP/RFQ responses, tender documentation, and contract follow-up.
Liaise between clients and internal departments (technical, marketing, operations).
Must have good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, pre-sales, along with digital marketing.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing software).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in sales & digital marketing trends.
