We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator for our desk-based sales operations team.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales calls professionally
Prepare documents such as sales quotations and sales-related correspondence
Update and maintain sales reports and order records on a daily basis
Communicate with the sales teams internally regarding orders and follow-up status
Coordinate with clients for order confirmation and resolve payment related matters
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream); strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred Candidate:
