Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to assist with sales inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Assist in organizing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
Follow up with potential clients, provide product information, and close sales when necessary.
Address customer queries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Preparation of various MIS reports assigned to task

Prior experience in Sales coordination is a plus.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong Coordination and client interaction experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel ( Basic & Advance).
Education:
Any Graduate (preferred)
