The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Act as a point of contact between the company and clients for sales-related queries.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage and update customer databases (CRM) and track sales performance.
Assist in order processing, billing, and delivery coordination.
Liaise with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to meet customer demands.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field or Any Graduation
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
