Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Kolkata office. The
Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service,
communication, sales, and sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will work
closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are
met.
Coordinate & oversee the flow of company's service/products to
customers.
Tender portal related work.
Registration of Company profile on web portals.
Attending/follow-up with enquiries'.
Coordination with new customers.
Online bidding.
Magazine, advertisement related work.
Appointment booking with customers.
Vendor registration.
Coordination between sales people & collation of sales data.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Communication, Sales,
and Sales Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be a plus.
