Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales team with order processing, quotations, and reports.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain sales records, databases, and documentation.
Track sales targets, orders, and delivery schedules.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
4-5 years' experience in sales coordination/admin roles.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
