Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales team in daily operations and order processing.
Coordinate with clients, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Act as a link between sales, logistics, accounts, and production teams.
Track sales targets, pending orders, and delivery schedules.
Handle sales documentation and ensure timely customer support.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
4-5 years' experience in sales coordination/admin roles.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
