We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the regional team for stocks and updates from Singapore, Dubai, and Hong Kong warehouses mainly. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage stock updates and coordinate internal processes to ensure timely and efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a communication bridge between sales, logistics, and inventory teams, ensuring real-time information flow and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Monitoring & Reporting
Regularly update internal systems and sales teams on stock levels.
Generate inventory reports and forecast stock requirements based on sales data.
Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for stock availability and delivery timelines.
2. Sales Process Coordination
Support sales representatives by assisting in creating the order and tracking deliveries.
Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Maintain CRM systems with real-time data on client interactions and product movements.
3. Communication & Collaboration
Act as the liaison between sales, inventory, logistics, and finance teams.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders about stock issues or shipment delays.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment on inventory and order status.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain thorough records of orders, shipments, and invoices.
Ensure adherence to regional compliance standards and internal SOPs.
Assist in audits by providing accurate sales and inventory documentation.
5. Process Improvement
Identify and suggest improvements in inventory tracking and sales coordination.
Assist in implementing tools or systems to improve workflow efficiency.
Support training for sales teams on process changes and tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, inventory management, or administrative support roles within fast-moving or logistics-driven sectors. Familiarity with operations in Singapore, Dubai, or Hong Kong is highly desirable. The candidate should be meticulous with data, possess excellent coordination skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or inventory-related roles.
Prior experience in international markets such as Singapore, Dubai, or Hong Kong preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems (e.g.Zoho, SAP, Salesforce).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and handle time-sensitive tasks.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
