This role requires someone who can manage back-end sales operations, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and handle documentation with accuracy. Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby Dhulagarh or in the Howrah region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, tracking orders, managing client queries, and coordinating between departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate information flow.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback. Act as a key point of contact for follow-ups, documentation, and order-related queries.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as invoices, order forms, and dispatch sheets. Maintain accurate records in Excel/ERP systems and generate weekly/monthly sales reports.Work closely with the dispatch/logistics team to monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with accounts for billing and payment updates, ensuring smooth post-sales operations.Handle emails, maintain files, track stock movement, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through efficient back-office management.
