Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

: Answer customer calls and emails, providing product details and answering questions.

Order Processing

: Prepare quotes, process customer orders, and track deliveries.

Sales Reporting

: Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and order status.

Team Coordination

: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and tracking performance.

Follow-Ups

: Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and feedback.

Inventory Check

: Ensure products are available and ready for shipment.
