Assist the sales team with quotes, orders, and client communication
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Coordinate between sales, operations, and customer service teams
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support or coordination role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
