Sales Coordinator

: Electrical Control Panels (Female Candidates Only)

Join our dynamic team at VCIPL, a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical control panels serving industrial and commercial clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and support the sales team from RFQ to order closure.

2. Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations.

3. Liaise with engineering to confirm panel specifications and compliance standards.

4. Coordinate with procurement and production for material availability and scheduling.

5. Process sales orders and issue work orders with accurate technical details.

6. Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery.

7. Track manufacturing progress and coordinate inspections and dispatch.

8. Prepare and manage sales-related documentation and reports.

9. Follow up on quotations, pending approvals, and payments as required.

10. Support after-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2. Basic knowledge of electrical panels (LT/HT, PCC, MCC, VFD, switchgear).

3. Experience in preparing quotations, order processing, and sales coordination.

4. Good communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP/CRM systems and documentation handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
