Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1.

Sales Support & Coordination



Coordinate with the sales team on daily tasks, follow-ups, schedules, and internal communication. Help in organising and supporting internal/external meetings (including documentation & minutes). Maintain sales pipeline updates and support CRM entries.
2.

Proposal, Presentation & Creative Support



Create visually appealing presentations, proposals, PDF decks, and pitch materials using Canva & PowerPoint. Format and design client-ready documents as per branding guidelines.
3.

Reporting & Data Management



Maintain Excel-based daily/weekly reports, MIS sheets, and performance trackers. Manage data: formulas, formatting, dashboard structuring, and error-free reporting.
4.

Communication & Coordination



Handle basic client follow-ups, meeting confirmation, and sales communication. Act as a professional bridge between the sales team and internal departments (creative, performance, content, etc.).

Required Skills



Required 0-3years of experience. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data tracking). Must use Canva. Excellent verbal & written English communication skills with good personality. Professional appearance, confidence, and pleasant personality. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
